As most of you are aware, Governor Dewine has given the veterinary community the approval to move forward with wellness visits and elective procedures on May 1.  While we are excited about this, we feel it is important to do so in a safe, responsible manner.  We are developing a plan to reinstate our routine services allowing wellness visits and elective surgeries to resume. Maintaining the safety of our staff and clients will remain top priority.

At this point we will continue curbside service.  Please call the office at 937-644-8121 once you arrive. Our services will expand based on the availability of staff and doctors.  We ask your patience and understanding as we work through this process.  Our staff is small but mighty and each member has done a remarkable job allowing us to remain open to address the medical needs of your pets.

On May 4th we will begin to address our waiting lists.  If you are currently on our list, rest assured you will be called.  We will continue to strive for social distancing as we progress to allow clientele in the building. Our hope is that we will be able to welcome you back in no later than July 1st. We will request masks to be worn and will limit the number of people in at one time. Our PPE (masks) are still in short supply so we must ask you to provide your own.

The doctors and staff greatly appreciate your support and encouragement.  It is our desire to get back to normal as quickly as possible. This will be an evolving process and we will do our best to keep you informed.

Yours in health,

Dr. Wooden and the staff of MACC
